Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Netlink.bio — including Link in Bio, Digital CV, Business Profile, Verification, and related features (collectively, "the Service") — provided by PT Netlink Labs Global ("Netlink", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Netlink Pay is a separate wallet feature governed by its own Terms of Use (Netlink Pay), referenced in Section 5 below. Data handling is governed by our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility & Account

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your profile, CV, or business page.

2. The Service

Netlink lets you build a public profile ("Link in Bio"), a digital CV, and a business page, and optionally connect a self-custody wallet (Netlink Pay) and NET token features. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Service.

3. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create (bio text, CV data, images, business information, links).
• By publishing content on Netlink, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Service (e.g. rendering your public page, generating preview/OG images).
• You are solely responsible for the content you publish. You represent that you have the right to publish it and that it does not infringe on any third party's rights.
• Public pages (bio, CV, business profile) are, by design, visible to anyone with the link unless you set them to private where that option is available.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to publish unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or infringing content; impersonate another person or entity; scrape, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service; or use the Service in a way that could disable, overburden, or impair it. Full detail is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy.

5. Netlink Pay & Netlink Token (NET)

If you create a wallet through Netlink Pay, your use of that feature is governed by the separate Terms of Use (Netlink Pay), which addresses self-custody, wallet risk, and applicable local law on the use of crypto assets.

Netlink Token (NET) is a separate digital asset on the Polygon network. Nothing in these Terms, or in any Netlink materials, constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold NET or any other crypto asset. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks and legality of acquiring or using NET in your jurisdiction.

6. Verification (KYC/KYB)

Where you request identity or business verification, you agree to provide accurate documentation to our verification partner. Verification status is displayed on your public profile at your discretion but does not constitute an endorsement or guarantee by Netlink of your identity, business, or conduct.

7. Intellectual Property

The Netlink name, logo, platform design, and underlying software are owned by PT Netlink Labs Global and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you rights to our trademarks or brand assets except as necessary to use the Service as intended.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates third-party providers, including Supabase (authentication and database), Vercel (hosting), Sequence WaaS (wallet infrastructure), LI.FI (swap routing), our KYC/KYB partner, and Alchemy Pay (fiat on/off-ramp, where enabled). These providers operate under their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts, omissions, or availability.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your Privacy & Data dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if required to do so by a legal or regulatory authority. Upon termination, your public pages will no longer be accessible, subject to the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be secure, uninterrupted, or free of errors.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Netlink Labs Global is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or opportunity, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Netlink harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require re-confirmation on your next login. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply in your own jurisdiction.
