Terms of Use — Netlink Pay

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of Netlink Pay, a self-custody crypto wallet feature within Netlink.bio, operated by PT Netlink Labs Global. By creating a wallet or using Netlink Pay, you accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use Netlink Pay.

1. What Netlink Pay Is

Netlink Pay is a non-custodial software wallet interface. It allows you to hold, send, receive, and swap crypto assets on the Polygon network. Netlink Pay is functionally comparable to other self-custody wallet software (e.g. MetaMask): it does not hold, control, or have access to your private keys, and it does not take custody of your funds at any point.

Netlink Pay is not a bank, e-money issuer, payment institution, custodian, broker, or financial intermediary. PT Netlink Labs Global does not manage, pool, or hold public funds.

2. Not a Payment Instrument

You are solely responsible for determining whether, and how, you may lawfully use crypto assets in your country or region — including whether any transaction you conduct using Netlink Pay is characterized as an "asset transfer" or as a "payment" under your local law, and whether your local law recognizes any currency other than its own legal tender for payment purposes. Netlink Pay's interface, terminology (e.g. "Send" rather than "Pay"), and functionality are designed around peer-to-peer asset transfer between self-custody wallets, and must not be used to circumvent local restrictions on the use of crypto assets as a means of payment.

3. Your Responsibility

• You are solely responsible for complying with all laws applicable to you, including currency, tax, foreign exchange, anti-money-laundering, and consumer protection laws in your country of residence or use.
• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials, device, and recovery methods. Because Netlink Pay is non-custodial, we cannot recover, reverse, freeze, or restore your funds or access under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for verifying the identity of any counterparty, the correctness of any wallet address, and the nature of any transaction before confirming it. Blockchain transactions are irreversible.
• You must not use Netlink Pay for any transaction that is unlawful in your jurisdiction, including using it as a substitute for legal tender where prohibited.

4. No Investment Advice, No Guarantees

Nothing in Netlink Pay, Netlink.bio, or related materials constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Crypto assets are volatile and carry risk of partial or total loss. We do not guarantee the value, liquidity, or availability of any asset supported by Netlink Pay.

5. Third-Party Services

Netlink Pay integrates third-party infrastructure to function, including wallet infrastructure (Sequence WaaS), swap routing (LI.FI), and, where enabled, fiat on/off-ramp providers (e.g. Alchemy Pay). These providers operate under their own terms and, where applicable, their own regulatory licenses in their respective jurisdictions. PT Netlink Labs Global is not responsible for the acts, omissions, availability, or compliance status of third-party providers.

6. Prohibited Uses

• Using Netlink Pay for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or any illegal activity
• Using Netlink Pay as a payment instrument for goods or services in a jurisdiction where this is legally restricted
• Attempting to interfere with, reverse-engineer, or exploit the underlying smart contract or wallet infrastructure

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Prohibited Funds

You represent that any funds or assets used through Netlink Pay do not originate from, and will not be used for, money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, sanctions evasion, or any other unlawful activity.

Because Netlink Pay is non-custodial, PT Netlink Labs Global does not screen, hold, or control your transactions. Where legally required, we may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities and disclose information available to us (such as wallet interaction logs within our own systems) in response to a valid legal request.

Third-party services integrated into Netlink Pay — including fiat on/off-ramp providers — apply their own KYC/AML checks independently of Netlink.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Netlink Labs Global is not liable for any loss of funds, loss of access, regulatory penalty, or other damage arising from your use of Netlink Pay, including losses caused by user error, lost credentials, third-party service failure, network congestion, smart contract risk, or your non-compliance with local law.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will require re-confirmation on your next login. Continued use of Netlink Pay after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection laws that may apply in your own jurisdiction.
