- Delivered humanitarian assistance and crisis-response programmes serving thousands of beneficiaries, including the East Timor refugee camp emergency response and the Aceh tsunami emergency response.
- Coordinated field logistics, procurement, and asset management across a dozen locations during natural disasters in Indonesia.
- Served as primary liaison with local government, law enforcement, and partner NGOs on protection and human rights casework.
- Accountable for donor reporting, audit compliance, and staff safety under UN security protocols.
